That Is the class I switched into for Thursday and Friday of ANG Seminar. I am trying to redorate the house slowly and my colors are the colors in that tote! I am addding a bluish gray that I saw in House Beautiful. But that blue is magnificent, it would look great in my family room .I alsob love her beading. If my tote looks that good I think I would faint. CONGRATULATIONS SUSAN ON A JOB WELL DONE.

Terry Dryden comments on Finished Student Project Photos

It really is a beautiful color combination.....I agree.

Barbara Allen comments on Finished Student Project Photos

I love this design and taking the class is a priority for me for this year. The tote done in blue and bringing out the cool colors is gorgeous. Seeing it I realize that would be the direction I want to go rather than orange or yellow fabric.

Suzanne Allen comments on Finished Student Project Photos

same picture?

Sharon comments on PEAR DUET

Love summer hse. Can't wait. I would love to do. I have baby granddaughter Sept 13. I keep stitching but want to do something for her room. Alphabet hanging with not everyday c for cat. Maybe use overdyed threads or better yet River Silks but not all flowers. We would need to be creative. There i go first time here opening my mouth. It is just that we could do it for TWO BABY GIRLS that gets to me. Any ideas szotti@verizon.net

Sharon comments on PEAR DUET

Love summer hse. When you are done i would love to do it. I have a new granddaughter too. Everything out there for her room is boring. I would love to design but this is 1st time on your site. Idea i had was for an alphabet wall hanging. Do you think it could be done with River Silk. We wouldn't have to use flowers or maybe just overdyed threads. What do you think? I keep stiitching but my thoughts always go back to the baby, she is my first born Sept. 13 name Caroline. Anybody any ideas? I had to choose something and mail the proposals on Monday the 30th. I chose Tiebele Nights.

But, I will definitely be creating more African designs and won't forget these two names.

Thank you Nikki and Deborah!

Deborah comments on New African inspired design

It's beautiful. Very tropical-hot, but fresh and sparkly. What about Zanzibar? Those fiery sunset colours, almost but not entirely masking the bright blue of the sea. And the geometric feel would be right for echoing the art of a Muslim country!
