POPPIES

DESCRIPTION:  If you are ready to experiment with "random" stitching on canvas, Poppies is a great place to begin.  Color wash your canvas with pre-mixed inks using spritz/spray bottles - a slightly messy but fun process. The three gorgeous poppies are stitched with 13 mm River Silks ribbons, while the wildflower meadow is stitched with a wide variety of textured silks, cottons, and unique rayon threads.  You can choose to stitch with all, or just a few, of the threads.  For those first-timers, there will be some "rules" to help you throughout, but be ready to experiment and have fun.
